In order to ensure its sustainability and cope with the profound changes in its external environment, Kaoua Food is now committed to a process of continuous improvement through the construction and implementation of a Quality Management System. Quality (QMS) according to ISO 9001 version 2015.
The main objectives of our quality policy are:
- Supporting and anticipating the needs and expectations of customers and other relevant interested parties;
- Continuous improvement of the quality of the products supplied;
- Continuous improvement of the organization, processes, working methods and performance of the company;
- Staff awareness and training.
To achieve the above-mentioned strategic objectives, all Kaoua Food staff, at all levels, are invited to commit and adhere to the process.
In my capacity as Managing Director, I undertake to provide the resources necessary for the implementation of this quality policy and to continuously improve the Quality Management System in place, within the framework of strict compliance with all applicable requirements.
